5:30-7:30 PM: Welcome Event at Obica in Florence

7:45 PM: shuttle 1 to take guests back to Borgo i Vicelli

10:00 PM: shuttle 2 to take guests back to Borgo i Vicelli

4:30 PM: Wedding Events Begin at Borgo i Vicelli

1:00 AM: Reception ends, shuttle pick-up for guests staying offsite

12:00-3:00 PM: Post Wedding Brunch at Borgo i Vicelli

Guests are welcome to come at any time within this window and are not required to stay for the whole time.
